Plastic laminated packaging film sheets offer a versatile and efficient solution for food packaging. The choice of laminated film material depends on the specific requirements of the packaged product. For instance, Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) combined with Cast Polypropylene (CPP) is commonly used for packaging puffed food items. This combination provides excellent moisture resistance, ensuring that the food remains crispy and fresh. In cases where air and sunlight protection is crucial, a laminated film sheet consisting of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), aluminum foil, and Polyethylene (PE) is preferred. This combination effectively blocks out air and sunlight, extending the shelf life of the packaged food and preserving its nutritional value. For vacuum packaging, a combination of Nylon (NY) and Polyethylene (PE) is commonly used. This laminated film offers superior moisture resistance and ensures that the packaged food remains free from external contaminants.
